| 188209 | 2003-10-31 11:07:00 | I am using Ulead Express 4.0 with an Aiptek digital camera. When I am in Ulead and click onto "get camera" this message appears. Twain error[T009]Error loading Twain_32 DLL[T012]Unable to find the Twain Source manager.[Twain_32.DLL]. Copy the Twain_32 DLL file from your source disk to your windows. I have already uninstalled both ulead and aiptek camera and reinstalled them using disks but I still get the above message. How do I do this? |

| 188212 | 2003-10-31 12:08:00 | Twain is your driver for downloading images to your puter and interacting with the imaging software. Some programs are a bit fussy about how the drivers are loaded and associated with your hardware (camera, scanner, etc) and software (Ulead, Zoombrowser, etc). Try uninstalling not just the program but the drivers for the camera as well, in control panel - device manager. Then reinstall the program in the exact sequence described in the manual. Or you could try finding an update for the program/driver and try that. Cheers Murray P |

| 188214 | 2003-11-01 10:39:00 | Thanks for all your help. I downloaded the missing DLL but I needed to call a tecnician in the end and the problem was my digital camera. The technician tried it on his laptop and he had the same problem. The camera worked fine until the cable was attached to it and then the screen went dead. When the cable was fiddled with his puter recignised the camera as an unknown device. | summertime (2568) | ||
