Here is the information: The music is "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" by legendary Hawaiian music singer Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. He died in 1997, aged 38, death attributable to his immense obesity. He was held in such high regard in Hawaii that he lay in state. Best known for his medley "Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World," which played over the closing credits of the film Meet Joe Black. Hope this helps.
