| 188764 | 2003-11-03 00:14:00 | I have a COMPAL LCD 15" monitor. The dam thing keeps going blank and sometimes even going into power save mode. But only ever for a second or 2, then carries on as normal. My display card is a NVIDEA GeForce 2 MX I have updated the driver but this seems that it has only made the problem worse. Please help. |

| 188765 | 2003-11-03 00:40:00 | Some keyboards have buttons that put the comp into powersave mode (this can be configured), are you sure your not hitting this button? If not, do you have another monitor (or access to one) that you could test for a few days (to determine if the problem is with the monitor or the graphics card)? Also the problem could be with the cable connection getting bumped or just a faulty cable. (could be power or video cable). |
