| 189125 | 2003-11-04 06:22:00 | hi everyone, first post my homepage is currently set to www.xtra.co.nz (our ISP) however recently it has been going to another site altogether. I change the internet options homepage back to xtra.co.nz but roughly a day later it switches to this other page, so I tried deleting cookies, removing all downloaded files and even clearing the history (not that that should do much) but this page just keeps coming back. Its a pain in the you know where, what do I have to do in order to get rid of it? any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm fairly computer savy, so feel free to explain it without breaking into laymans |

| 189126 | 2003-11-04 06:29:00 | Welcome to Press F1. :-) It sounds like your homepage has been hijacked. Download and run both AdAware and Spybot to clear out whatever you have contracted. Spybot can also lock your homepage afterwards to prevent it happening again. |
