| 188983 | 2003-11-04 01:38:00 | If you have a crossover cable or a hub, yes you can. :D You can FTP to/from the XP (if you run a server on the XP). You can start up Samba on the RH machine and use that to talk "Microsoft" to it. ;-) As soon as you are doing network operations the file system at the other end doesn't matter --- the OS there handles it. The network handles data. |

| 188985 | 2003-11-04 01:48:00 | If you are putting RH to multiboot on the same machine, you will be given the option of mounting a Windows FAT32 partition in the Linux system. No problem. You said "another machine". :-( But the networking is still pretty easy/trivial. |
