188842	2003-11-03 02:45:00	Is there any way you can open a word letter template direct from Outlook? ie You are using Outlook and you want to draft a letter to one of your contacts. I used to use Symantec Act and you would look up your contact, hit the letter icon, and the letter was addressed and with the Dear ........, and you were ready to write. Nice and simple! I have changed my desk top manger to Outlook as 'Act' didnt syncronise with email, but its most frustrating as to write a letter you have to open 'Word' and input the contact's address name etc?? Surely Outlook can manage this task?? Any advice appreciated.... Jerry	jerryw (2671)
