189504 2003-11-05 23:11:00 Hi....I have a couple of small files that needed to transfer to other PC's via floppy disk, (all running Winxp Pro).

Now i am wondering if there is a way that you can create an executeable file (from notepad or something) that after you run it, it will automatically copy those files off the floppy and paste it to the location specified in the program?

Thank :)

189505 2003-11-05 23:47:00 batch file should do it, ie

copy a:\*.txt "c:\path to where files are to be copied"

this will copy all files (* is a wildcard roughly means copy all file with a txt extension to the path specified)
all you would need to do is place your disc with the files and batch file on then go to run and type in A:\batchfilename.bat Then press the enter key
