| 189773 | 2003-11-06 13:36:00 | Help Suddenly out of no where my email programs outlook expres,opera or netscape mail connect to my paradise account.When i click on receive message it tries to connect to paradise but there's no response from the server In outlook express it reads :The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop3.paradise.net.nz (1)', Server: 'pop3.paradise.net.nz', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E How can i fix this problem? Im running windows 98se |

| 189774 | 2003-11-06 17:34:00 | Assuming you can get websites OK than it is likely to be your anti-virus incoming mail scanning that has failed. Disable this in yor anti-virus and try again, depending on your version of anti-virus you may have to set the server settings and account name in the mail program back to your ISP settings. |

| 189776 | 2003-11-06 20:27:00 | also check that your email program is not blocked by a firewall and the email antivirus is not blocked by a firewall. as already mentioned a damaged email antivirus can also be the problem. |
