as of lately, my keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+shift+~ for my internet connection have not been working, and just makes an error beep. oddly, if I view the properties of the shortcut, enter in the key command again and apply the settings, the shortcut works again. obviously I do not want to do this every time I boot. I think this happened the same time as I put transparent.exe (makes icon text backgrounds clear) in my startup folder. any help would be appreciated. |
