| 189630 | 2003-11-06 07:26:00 | Hi all...I am running win 2k and bought a mustek 1200 ub scanner which won't go on win 2k. tried it on a friends pc running win98 and it went ok but now he can't get his hp scanner going. i uninstalled all the mustek stuff..so i thought. any ideas????? cheers Mark |

| 189631 | 2003-11-06 18:33:00 | Mine does - just looked at the scanner to see what it is, it is a Mustek 1200 UB Plus, and my operating system is Windows 2000 Professional. I just wondered if you tried to install it without having 'administrator's' privileges? | R.M. (561) | ||
| 189632 | 2003-11-06 23:03:00 | Thanks RM. Yes I tried to install it with admin a/c but I can't find a driver to work, even on the Mustek site. Mine is a 1200UB not a plus. but my mates win 98 pc won't allow him to use his HP5200 anymore after I put the Mustek on it and uninstalled it. |
