I am running Outlook 2000 / win 98, I have saved data in the Outlook, Contact, Activities tab. Most of the time I cannot retrieve the data using the Contacts / Activities tab / search button. I have noticed that there is an apparent link to the calendar display; when the dates where I have appointments are highlighted, the Activities tab will operate and the search will retrieve the files. Whilst this process occassionaly works, it mostly does not. Can anyone suggest a cure for this frequent but random problem? |
