| 191499 | 2003-11-13 03:48:00 | I've just done a full clean install of XP home. I haven't yet installed any updates, but I get alerts saying I need to download the Java virtual machine. I click download, and it says it is only 18kb, (which is kinda strange), then it pops up again saying I need to download it, and I get forwarded to: www.microsoft.com which basically says: "We're sorry, you cannot view this page because it requires the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (MSJVM). Your machine does not have the MSJVM installed. For more information please visit www.microsoft.com/java. " So even from clicking that link, I can't find at all where to actually download the VM. Clicking "download" when the dialog box pops up does nothing. Does anyone know of where I can just download the plugin directly? Or how to fix this? |

| 191501 | 2003-11-13 05:04:00 | thanks, but is that the same as the Microsoft one? I mean the one that would have originally been on my computer. Because last time I reinstalled I had the same problem, and downloaded a Sun one, which I had problems accessing a few sites with. | tango (2697) | ||
