| 191308 | 2003-11-12 08:10:00 | I want to set up 1 of my computers as a ftp server, i have jetstarter connected with dse router. running window Xp pro i had ftp up long time ago before i got the router i have tryed pinholing it but i am not having much luck. I think i need to start form the beginning HELP |

Not that you actually get enough bandwidth to run servers on the fullrate connections or that anyone actually listens to that rule, but yeah... You have the XH1149 Router right? 1 - Go into your routers webbased setup 2 - Virtual Server (from the menu) 3 - Map A Port - Port 21 (public and private) TCP and the IP Address of your machine running the FTP Server That should effectively do the connection CyberChuck |
