191917 2003-11-16 18:50:00 How about this:
Download Gaim from http://gaim.sf.net
Check and see if that will sign into MSN.
If it does, you can narror it down to a problem with IE/MSN (You know how badly tied together they are).
If it doesnt, it might be something with your account, or some system-wide setting that GAIM is using too...?!

191919 2003-11-17 16:03:00 A wee while ago.I had a problem signing in to stuff online. It was due to norton anti virus 1999.Try disabling your virus protector.IF it doesn't work.Try deleteing and then restart your computer.See if that works?:| yingxuan (3330)
191920 2003-11-17 20:08:00 I think you have checked most of the things at this link already but check again and you may like to try the re-register the .dll files as suggested.

191922 2003-11-19 05:13:00 we have now installed netscape to see if it made a difference
we can use the passport to get int hotmail now
but we uninstalled and reinstalled msn again but it still wont work
is this because it is still trying to use explorer or what?
