| 192280 | 2003-11-15 21:53:00 | I am using Windows ME and have just installed Works Suite 2004. The files in 'My Pictures' do not show as thumbnail pictures. The settings are set to 'View Thumbnails' and open in 'Image Preview'. No problems before installing Works. Incidentally the pictures come up alright in 'Picture It'. Any ideas? |

| 192282 | 2003-11-22 04:59:00 | I had a look at the MS knowledge base but wasn't prepared to do that! The problem was with IE and was corrected by using the IE Repair Tool . The IE Repair Tool was found when using the Add/Remove Programs and clicking on MS IE . It has taken a week to find this! Thanks for your help :) |
