192796 2003-11-18 06:45:00 O/S is W98, windows media player is v 7.01.00.3055, and WMV files are enabled but they won't open - message reads, "WMP cannot play this file cause it is either faulty or corrupt" - checked g-code and answer was "GSpot believes the file type to be "ASF(WMA/.WMV)" - can someone help please? jayal (1291)

192798 2003-11-19 07:37:00 come to think of it Tweakie, i did have trouble opening wmv files way back, but chose to ignore - however - seeing it's happened again would like to solve - wmp v9 codecs? - went to upgrade v8 but message "you have the latest version of WMP" - checked the installed codecs and codec data base in GSpot - no joy - more help please? jayal (1291)
