| 192693 | 2003-11-17 08:27:00 | It plagues me. It always comes back. It never ceases it's relentless grip on my partitions. My setup has a C, D, E, and Z drives as partitons on two HDDs. I enable the Recycle Bin for C and D drives, but I disable it on E and Z drives - E is my media drive, and Z is used for transferring files between Linux and Windows, and storing other non-sensical stuff that I don't want on my first HDD (partitioned into C, D, and E). Hence the reason I don't want or need the Recycle Bin enabled on those two partitions. However, upon every boot (I've never checked, but it must be that), the Recycle Bin is mysteriously enabled on all drives. And once I discover this I have to go and delete the folder named 'RECYCLER' on the E and Z partitions. This gets incredibly annoying... any fixes? |
