| 193753 | 2003-11-22 01:32:00 | My computer has recently been having erratically at bootup. 1) Screen Message appears 'Enter Network Password' - I cancel it out. 2) I can then get up to 5 or 6 'Log-on windows' for e-mail which can be 'x' ed out. 3) When accessing any icon or shortcut which has a web site access it tries to log-on to that site. I'm not too computer literate (obviously) so can anyone help me 'reset' back to normal bliss? | Bruce Drummond (3638) | ||

When you install SpyBot the first thing you do is to go to the Online tab (left side of window) and click on Update. If there is anything there aprt from Skins, tick it and hit Download Updates then Install Updates if necessary. Then run Check for problems and the SpyBot S&B tab (on the left pane again). If you want more options choose, expert of advanced view when the program installs or from the Start > Programs > SpyBot, menu folder. HTH Murray P |
