2003-11-21 02:46:00 | I have no international usage showing on my jetstart a/c for the 18th and 19th Nov.As I downloaded the horizons beta those 2 days I am getting a bit concerned, especially knowing I did at least 1/ 250 mb file twice.O.K I know I have a 5gigs before charges kick in but I am only half way through my month.Any comments would be appreciated. Regards Gramps

2003-11-21 05:43:00 | Sometimes they do take their time updating them... Ihug were 3 days behind for my account at one stage :-( Its a problem that needs to be addressed!

2003-11-21 06:48:00 | My ISP is current right up to the hour. They also don't measure it too accurately either as I get undercharged for the useage. How are you measuring the bandwidth anyway? With the telecom jetstream one, or your ISP's? | aroc (3256) | |
2003-11-21 06:49:00 | I have a real big problem too. My isp (watchdog) says I use about 300mb a month, but telecom usage meter says I use 900mb!!! I dont download anything above 5mb usually, and that is about once a week say, and the rest is surfing, and email. And no, I do not usually get 100mb emails, not yet anyway.

2003-11-21 09:48:00 | In my option it depends on the ISP your on and if they have a problem keeping their usage meter up to date. I am on quicksilver and as far as I am aware (I am not the one who check the usage meters, so I might be wrong....) we not do have a usage update problem using quicksilver usage meter or telecom I am on JetStream Starter

2003-11-21 09:55:00 | Im with Ihug and only use theirs... It has its moments where its up to the minute and I see my usage go up with each refresh, but its usually not like that... :-(

2003-11-21 10:16:00 | Im sorry to hear , better said, chocked, to hear your limits of a ADSL connection and trafic. If you pay for a 24/7 connection, you should be allowed to USE it 24/7 if wanted. What is really the reason for capping the trafic after 5G/10G a month? For those who use their connection for legal reasons and workrelated trafic, how do you feel about this limit?!

2003-11-21 10:30:00 | Personally.. I reakon it sucks.. I did 8 gigs of Linux distro's in 5 hours when I had a speed boost earlier. Luckily all but 1 ISO was National Bandwidth, so it doesnt affect me (With unlimited). I could do with more traffic.. even just 20 gigs would be nice...!
