193560 2003-11-21 01:35:00 Outlook express 6 date problem

I am using Outlook Express 6 and just recently reinstalled windows98 2ed. A bizarre thing is the date shows for received emails are all one day behind actual date and the date for sent emails is all one day earlier than actual date. For example if I sent an email on Friday the person receiving it returning an email to me on the same day, my email would be included in his or her email body would show up as sending on Thurdays while his or her email date would show up as Saturday in the email body but the received on OE 6 inbox would say Thursday .

I have check the bios clock and the clock at the bottom right of the screen. Any suggestion . Thanks
