| 194197 | 2003-11-23 08:21:00 | Got a wee problem. Trying to dwonload a touchpad driver (the laptop has a corrupt driver) and I do not currently have any mouse pointer. I can open most things using keyboard controls......but when I get to the website (below) to start the download I can tab through every field but can't get the download to start. h18007.www1.hp.com Its just so easy to point and click.but , as I said, I have no mouse (Thats the bit I am trying to fix) I can tab through all the fields till I have the driver highlighted but can't get to the active "download" button. Tried "Enter" and "Space BAr" Got any ideas please? |

| 194198 | 2003-11-23 08:53:00 | I am not sure about using the keyboard to download a file. Like you I use a mouse. I am downloading this file as we speak "SP24444.exe" as understand your link. I can email this file to you ( 6.48 Meg ) as an attachment if you want but I would need an E-mail address to do so. Other than that I can burn to CDRom and post but I need to know where to send the CD. Mailing address for example. My email is tony dot frew at southwaikato dot net dot nz. I don't want you to compromise yourself by putting your Email address or physical mailing address in this forum. If you want to have the file sent to you then I can via Email or post. Your choice. I don't think that PressF1 sells Email addresses to anyone. Email me at the above address if I can help. |

| 194200 | 2003-11-23 08:58:00 | You can always turn on the keyboard mouse or something, its in the Accessabilities... Use the NumPad to move the mouse You can use Tab also to navigate between items, such as web-link, text boxes etc. but your best bet is with Elephant, or using the keyboard mouse :-) |
