193804 2003-11-22 03:39:00 I've had a great run with this printer up till now, don't use it a lot, on to my third black cartridge and second color all epson cartridges. This problem just started half way though a black cartridge and a full color one, same paper as always haven't moved printer "nothing" altered. I get thin black lines across the page I'm printing a lot thicker at the start of the line,I've done all the epson help things like head clean checked aliment etc but still black lines, the color prints are great but have these black lines across picture. Any help please.

193806 2003-11-22 07:00:00 hmm it could be the print heads. I have found these go eventually.
Unfortionately repeated head cleaning usually only reduces the problem marginally and wastes ink.

Overtime they seem to get blocked and your printing has lines through it.
You can get them replaced but unless the printer is under warranty its probably gonna be more cost effective to buy a new printer...get a c43 then you can use the same cartridges.
