| 193807 | 2003-11-22 03:05:00 | Does anyone have any info regarding the Nokia M10 DSL modem? A mate of mine gave me his old one but without any software or support and I can't seem to find any applications or drivers for it on the internet. Cheers. Paul |

That's what i'm really after, when i said drivers i meant "things that will let me access the modem". I'm assuming here that I can use the m10 as a dsl modem? I'm not 100% sure. | PaulC (4899) | ||
| 193810 | 2003-11-22 04:39:00 | Hi Paul Between the PDF file Godfather pointed you at and this site ( . telepermit . co . nz/nl125 . html" target="_blank">www . telepermit . co . nz) or this site ( . xtra . co . nz/help/0,,4155-2219305,00 . html" target="_blank">www . xtra . co . nz) you should garner enough information to get the M10 running . Although I have never done it, I understand that you can enter the router's IP address into your browser address pane and it should throw up the configuration page for the device . You probably need a password to gain access, but if you search PF1 on Nokia routers you should uncover some dialogue to help with that as it was discussed quite recently . The standard IP address is 192 . 168 . 7 . 1 There are definitely no drivers required if it is a router so it is just a matter of configuring your ethernet connection once the router internal settings are correct . If it has been working it should be fine in all respects other than logon & password . It goes without saying of course that you have to have your line DSL-enabled before you can get it working .
