| 194296 | 2003-11-24 01:49:00 | It appears Paradise's SMTP server is down. Tried calling tech support on the phone and kept getting cut off after going through pushing heaps of numbers. Finally gave up and sent an e-mail to helpdesk@paradise.net.nz and got a prompt reply saying that they could not help me because they were accounts not technical but they had forwarded the e-mail on to tech but suggested I call tech support as it would take about 5 days for the turn around. This was even though I said I kept getting hung up on. Pretty bloody pathetic service really. Not a happy chappy at all. |

| 194300 | 2003-11-24 02:40:00 | Ah its back on now. Guess well never know what the problem was and they probably wont even admit there was one in the first place. And yes my ADSL connection is was still going as I could get my e-mail through pop3 and Kazaa was still running okay. |
