1328173 2013-02-15 02:04:00 And if he was unlucky, "intensive supervision", aka sfa. R2x1 (4628)
1328174 2013-02-15 02:05:00 Yes, why is NZ so lame with these people?
Not to mention in NZ, he'd get a smack on the wrist with a wet tissue for it too.

1328175 2013-02-15 02:43:00 The link refers to two actors:

Michael El Vell (aka Turner) who plays Kevin Webster, and

Andrew Lancell (aka Watkinson) who plays Frank Foster .

But as much as I too find the crime they are charged with abhorrent, both these men have only been charged . They have yet to be found guilty .

And until they have (or not) been found guilty, I'm of the opinion name supression is appropriate . If or when they are found guilty, then name supression is not appropriate and they should be named .

But not until then .

1328176 2013-02-15 06:17:00 Same with the Olympic athlete in South Africa who shot his girl friend. Here in NZ it would have be a "prominent sports man" paulw (1826)
