Anyway, their helpdesk is a non event, but at least they've agreed to refund my 200 bucks. So meantime I'll struggle along to work this shizza out myself somehow. Ugh, that sucks :/ I'd also make sure you don't have to pay for the services while they're not being provided, don't let them charge you full price for this rubbish! If they're unable to remedy it in a timely manner, you may want to think about changing to someone else :/ |

(ie $55 per month vs 70 or 75) And Foxy... yeah, tell him to stay away. I swear their helpdesk staff have been trained in NOT how to deal in customer service! One thing I consistently found when I spoke with them is that have no regard to who's paying their salary, and that they consistently talk over you when trying to deal with an issue. Beware of an individual named Missy if you need to call! |
