| 1351409 | 2013-08-17 06:43:00 | Greetings for 2013 ! I find that sometimes when I am using Photoshop Elements 11 my desktop runs out of grunt. It seems I might need some more RAM..... or should I upgrade my video card ? Currently have 4 Gig RAM. Indeed can I upgrade my RAM at all ? I think my video card is a Ge Force 8400 GS (is that it ??)
