1328482 2013-02-17 20:41:00 I bring to your attention this article.

HERE (www.3news.co.nz)

I don’t know what Ena would say about this extravagance.

1328483 2013-02-17 20:50:00 You expected something different of a politician? The only reason they are there is because they can't get a real job and love to suck off the taxpayer - it's not their money and they believe they have an entitlement... johcar (6283)
1328484 2013-02-17 22:07:00 She defended Dr Sharples' spending, telling media that it shows the Maori Party ministers "work extremely hard".LMAO, substitute "work" for "play" might be more on the mark. Then again "working extremely hard" for some Maoris isnt really working much is it. Iantech (16386)

What absolute nonsense.

I was merely joking about the likely attack on your Mailbox by those anonymous people hiding behind your apron.

I've actually been quite tempted myself to become a politician (try at least, it's not a very popular job, most roles are already taken), with the hope of doing it to make a difference and fix some of the shenanigans that go on, chipping in my 2c worth and standing up against these kinds of injustices.

Then again, maybe once I actually get a job as a politician my whole perspective might change ;)

1328489 2013-02-18 01:08:00 Then again, maybe once I actually get a job as a politician my whole perspective might change ;)Yeh, I think thats how it works, plenty of them go in there with the "talk" of doing something, and then they develop the attitude of "well 'he' does it, so why shouldn't I" and then nothing gets done.

On the bit about becoming a politician, if that rope-head pot smoker can get in (and is now sucking an income out of the taxpayer to support his habit for the rest of his life), and also that useless Spew Bradford, then I say that anyone can get into it, all you need is half a brain and a big mouth.

1328490 2013-02-18 04:28:00 Which Bradford was that then...Max or Sue?

Ken ;-)
