194633 2003-11-27 20:33:00 Go to :
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Explorer\
BitBucket]
And change the value of
"NukeOnDelete" to 0

You'll have to restart for the changes to take place.

194634 2003-11-27 21:15:00 somebody, it looks like that only works in Windows NT/2k/XP.

I have tried it but NukeOnDelete key is not even in there.

194635 2003-11-27 21:32:00 ok. It definetely works with Win9x/Me, however the original use of that key wasn't as I described.

The website I got it from actually intended it to be used to deliberatey bypass the Recycle Bin, and it also said that if you set it to 1, it would bypass the recycle bin, if you set it to 0, then it would return back to normal. I just figured that they key could have been on your PC. Oh well.. back to the drawing board.
