| 195133 | 2003-11-27 03:15:00 | Hi all, I'm using Windows XP and I want to do an nslookup and record the information. However the WinXP command prompt doesn't allow you to select and copy the text. So I'm trying to pipe the output into a text file, as follows: nslookup -q=a domain.com > whatever.txt Problem is the file is created and saved before all of the information comes through form the nslookup command! Your help much appreciated. Cheers, Brendan |

Right click somewhere in the command prompt window and select "Mark". Highlight the part you want to copy and press "Enter". Open Notepad (or whatever) and press Ctrl+V to paste. Mike. |
