| 195721 | 2003-11-29 07:35:00 | i have downloaded this google toolbar thing which is 'supposed' to block pop up ads .. i don;t see that making suck an effect although it says in the number of blocked is like 1000+. i still get annoying pop up ads . i dunno whether it reduces but i;m not satisfied with that thing .... i have this other problem even if there is no browser on and i'm playing a game . i leave kazaa lite on for download and a play a game ...after a few minutes my game minimizes and goes to a pop up ad i dunon about ya'll but that irritates me to the core .. its would be appriceated if some one could help on this matter |

In your case you have software installed on your computer that does nothing but serve up adds.This *&^%(* software either comes bundled with other software and installs without asking or just installs itself while surfing. Run spybot and you shall see what i mean. If it proves a liitle more diificult that hijackthis and/or cwshredder maybe be needed....But run spybot first. spybot.eon.net.au |
