| 196530 | 2003-12-02 08:58:00 | Hi, my friend and I have setup a network, we can ping each other and all. Now when i goto add ICS this installs fine, i don't create a client disk, for 2 reasons; a] my floppy drive does not work properly at the moment b] we have setup the DNS on his computer and the DNS Servers for xtra. When i goto the protocols in Network for "internet connection sharing -> dial-up adapter" there are no bindings. and a couple of days ago when i was networking my cousin ICS worked. we both run win98se. |

| 196533 | 2003-12-02 10:28:00 | Okay, that sorta helped, but didn't. When i networked with my cousin, the Tcpip for dialupadapter had shared on it, and the tcpip for lan had home on it. it doesn't have that on it now. |

| 196534 | 2003-12-02 12:34:00 | problem solved. I did a search on my comp for ics, then deleted it ( then accidently on empty recycle bin) so got everything to do with ics off mates comp and then installed ICS again and it worked. RAA RRAA |
