| 197787 | 2003-12-06 13:43:00 | Normally as u put the cd in.The green led light flashes for a few seconds and then stays on indicating there is a cd in the drive. But now it would flash a few seconds and then disapear. IS this still a power failure? This has happened to my playstation too.The power would be on but the cdrom drive won't turn. Anyone knows the source of my cdwriter problem? |

| 197788 | 2003-12-06 17:43:00 | Maybe, due to you not having it powered up (power pack unplugged at wall) it has simply ceased to be recognised by your computer. Disconnect the USB connection, reboot the PC, reconnect the CD Writer and see if it is recognised. Reinstall it if required. I doubt there is much wrong. |

| 197789 | 2003-12-07 02:10:00 | I believer there is something wrong with the cd writer and not the computer. I've disconnected everything rebooted 3 times. The cd isn't spinning inside and its not reading anything.Normally if put a music cd inside it would read just like a normal cd player but once u've put it in.Nothing operates except that the power is on |
