| 197739 | 2003-12-06 00:10:00 | When I click "Options, Tools" in IE I get an error message saying its "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer please contact the systems administrator" I run Win XP Home and I am the only one on this computer, its not networked and I've never had any problems until recently. I just installed Norton Firewall 2004, I'm wondering if thats the cause? Anyone know how to fix this? Please Thanks |

| 197741 | 2003-12-06 00:15:00 | I am the owner, and the only one that uses this comp. This message only started a couple of days ago, around the time I installed norton firewall. Everthing else seems to be working fine ? |
