| 197704 | 2003-12-05 22:54:00 | When I click "Options, Tools" in IE I get an error message saying its restricted access and to contact the systems administrator? I am the only one on this computer, its not networked and I've never had any problems until recently. I just installed Norton Firewall 2004, I'm wondering if thats the cause? Anyone know how to fix this? Please Thanks |
