I am working on a database that needs an equation made of several fields in a single record to then display the answer in the last field of each record. If I was doing this in Excel it would be no problem.
Any Access masters out there?

SELECT Sum([Table1]![number1]+[Table1]![number2]) AS total
FROM Table1;

this adds the numbers in feilds number1 and number2 then creates a new feild which gives the answer
