To fire up our computer father used to dismember us, use our bones for kindling to light fire, sew us back together again, make us chop down tree by using nothing but teeth, make abacus from the wood, eat leaves for supper, then 15 minutes off once every third year to sleep on top of sharp spike! | 198648 | 2003-12-09 21:31:00 | I think we might have drifted slightly off topic here :8} Sorry DRA, the basic message was that a P3 with 128MB RAM and a 16MB video card should run reasonably well for most applications. Unfortunately you haven't given enough information about what you want to run and the rest of your computer configuration for us to be able to help you. What speed is your P3, and what OS are you using? If you are just running a PIII 450 and XP you will have problems running games but most office apps will run fine. My P166 runs Office 2000 as fast as I could ever need, but that is not to say it wouldn't run faster on an upgraded system.
