And IIRC from the Video they showed at the last NZLUG meeting for the year, there's about 25million lines of code in the 2.4 kernel release, so they must think a pretty large chunk was stolen! Stupid thing is that they were still distributing the Source code for the kernel on their ftp site under the GPL T&C's even after they'd begun making allegations IIRC! |
