199158 2003-12-11 01:39:00 Hmmm....Quite interesting, I must have installed various versions of xp a hundred times and have never heard that track play.

And thank god for that, Hopefully one-day people will once again realize that music should be made with musical instruments and not with computers. It just has no soul, no feeling, no depth and no honesty.

It’s quite obvious from playing that file that no keyboards or any other instruments were used, that’s a 100 percent synthesized bogie. Someone playing around on a decent audio program could easily generate stuff equally horrendous within a few minutes.

Where’s Motorhead when you need them?

LMAO :D

"The meanest, dirtiest, fastest and loudest band in the world" - totally appropriate music for waiting while Windows installs itself?!?! :O

Yeah, right!!

Well, OK, maybe I shouldn't judge that until I have actually heard them. :p :D

199160 2003-12-11 06:38:00 Could that be because:
1. The speakers arent plugged in or up loud enough

or

2. Your soundcard wasnt using included drivers?

I hear it almost EVERY time Ive installed WinXP (Home and Pro).

Its quite soothing actually to get to the final part of the installation and have that there. Provided of course its not up too loud ;-)

199161 2003-12-11 19:44:00 After listening to it a couple of times, I've finally figured out why it sounded so familiar. Sometimes when I get put on hold, that's the music I hear. somebody (208)
199162 2003-12-12 03:21:00 I wonder if XP still uses Brian Eno as I believe is the case for earlier windows versions ........ Woof (2402)
