| 198969 | 2003-12-10 18:59:00 | ME sucks in the release of resources, 98SE is better but XP is the best manager of resources , more ram wont help its the number of windows and applications you have opened that count so dont open more than one window at a time or change software Opera and Firebird are good lean fast browsers . cacheman is good software to show your exact usage and can release ram buit not resources once they are tied up usually by buggy software then you will have to reboot |
