| 198972 | 2003-12-09 23:27:00 | im trying to install my mouse drivers but it says that there are already mouse drivers on my system and i have to remove then before i install, the same drivers were installed previously but didnt install properly so i went to add remove programs and uninstalled the mouse drivers from there, ive also removed it from device manager, removed all the .inf and .sys files and it still says there are mouse driver i need to get rid of to install, whenever i restart the driver comes back in device manager (ps/2 wheel mouse V5.41), it says that vmouse.vxd is in VMM32.VXD which i think is the reason it keeps reinstalling in device manager. is there any way of uninstalling the vmouse.vxd from vmm32.VXD? i have tried clicking update driver and all the rest but it doesnt install the interface software i need for the scroll wheels. using 98se mouse is A4tech 4D scroll mouse |
