| 1352344 | 2013-08-28 08:02:00 | Hi all, I sometimes have this issue when I boot up my PC. It sometimes can't remember my HDD boot order so I get this error message saying something along the lines of: Please insert boot drive and restart. Or insert boot media and press enter. (I can't remember the exact phrase) It doesn't happen all the time just whenever it pleases. :p I just reboot when I get the error and it starts up correctly. It just gets a bit annoying. It could be the CMOS battery or something. Please help. Thanks. :) |

| 1352350 | 2013-09-02 01:11:00 | Could also be a failing HD. backup your data.....just in case :-) Also Some PC's also try to boot from USB drives 1st....why why why why....just a matter of disabling boot from USB drives in the bios If the CMOS batt is iffy, often the date/time goes out of wack . |
