The fact that you can zoom into something about a mile away and if you knew the person would recognise them is incredible. Get that mouse moving.

I understand that the Nexus 4 has a built-in function for that kind of shot - but not to the same level of resolution!!!

Hi Mike. Have you tried this sort of shot with your Sammy S3? If you can rotate slowly with the camera setup properly you will be amazed at the result. Of course you won't get the same quality but after all the cost is somewhat less also.
