| 1352491 | 2013-09-02 01:09:00 | All good now . Looks like it may have been malware . And wuaueng . dll was infected . Took a copy of this file from the other PC (Win7 x64) and had to take ownership of this file to delete it . Then copied the good file over . Then did this to reset the WU components ( . microsoft . com/kb/971058" target="_blank">support . microsoft . com) . This is what fixed it (the service even tho I had the reg file) imported into the registry, but wouldnt appear in services . So, obviously windowsupdate wouldnt work . |
