2003-12-10 22:22:00 | Hey, I've been having the same problem!! I originally set up My Telecom and all worked sweet. Then I got an email saying I have a new bill to view online so I go and try to login but get an error saying wrong username or password. So I get Telecom to reset the password, which gets emailed to me, then I go and login OK and change the password to one I want. Then log out and back again to test my password and it's sweet. Next month when another bill is available - same problem all over again!

2004-01-10 10:19:00 | In December I had this problem completely sorted, it was something regarding my old account numbers being put onto my new account number in My telecom and caused it to stuff up..and due to the issue being a month to solve they credited me with a month of line charges which was $40 or something... and last week it started allllllll over again...and i emailed them again but i'm wondering if they think i am lying or something just to get the credit especially that my account is $300 owing due to purchase of a mobile phone..... So i dont really know what to do apart from pray they give good service and email me back... Is there any recommended ideas of what i could do? I cant ring as I';m deaf so calling them is outta question.. Have tried Opera...still same results (the result i getting after sign in is the same as first posting of this thread)

2004-01-10 11:16:00 | What sort of blocking software are you using? Firewalls? Pop-Up Stoppers etc? Possibly something is butchering the cookies and/or the session id's... weird though.

2004-01-10 11:55:00 | Are you entering your username/password by directly keying them in or using a password safe to encrypt them and then entering them from the encryption program? I have been doing the latter with my on-line banking for a couple of years and suddenly it stopped working but only on my machines. Whenever I used someone else's computer, it entered just fine. Tonight, I decided to type in the username/password rather than use the automatic encrypt/decrypt software and it worked sweet as a nut. Westpac's site development team will probably hate me forever now! They've spent 5 weeks trying to find the problem on their end!

2004-01-10 19:47:00 | I enter them directly, I used to bookmark the My telecom page but they apparently have upgraded them so i just deleted book mark and just go to www.telecom.co.nz and enter it directly there, no encryping programs or anything of that kind
