| 199237 | 2004-02-01 04:26:00 | I had problems too, i insisted on speaking to a team leader after 4-5 times haveing a call centre person reset my password. After the last time i entered Your Telecom with no problem i set IE to ask for permission to have each cookie on my PC, then next i went to Your telecom my problems started. From memory, I had tried to fix it by reinabling Telecom Cookies. (I think then it stopped me changing to a new password that i had been given a few times.) The teamleader had me clear all my IE history and cookies. Then i logged onto YOUR TELECOM again, allowed the Telecom cookie and entered my new password. I suspect some trouble is caused by a support person giving you a new password, then for one reason or another, not entering it onto theirr system because they had a errror message. I rang once with the usual problem and was told that happened last time i called, so i asked a silly question, why not get hold of me to tell me. I was told they do not do that. |
