| 199380 | 2003-12-18 09:53:00 | Outlook has restrictions on the type of attachments that can be opened. If they forward the email to themselves and open it in Outlook Express they should be able to open it. Otherwise it requires registry changes to enable Outlook to open most attachment file types. |
