199887 2003-12-12 23:47:00 Oops, read your subject title again and you said USB cable - that link that CyberChuck provided to DSE was for a ethernet connection and not USB. Jen C (20)

199889 2003-12-13 03:57:00 the link that cyberchuck had given was for a crossover clable, and therefore a not ordinary ethernet cable ilikelinux (1418)

I think you mean UTP Cabling instead of ethernet. Ethernet is a protocol which travels through UTP cabling in the simplest of terms (too damn hot to make a decent explanation :p).

Unfortunately I can't find the USB Network cables either, but I know DSE sold them as they had them on special earlier this year when I went in to buy more UTP cabling for my home. However, Godfather has provided a source for access to the cables (many thanks GF).

199891 2003-12-13 11:23:00 Thank you Cyberchuck and Godfather. USB network seems to be more portable/mobile, as most pc's have USB ports these days but not all have NICs, so a USB networking capability would really help me. beama (111)
