199824 2003-12-12 10:38:00 Is it possible to save Flash clips from the Internet and so that it can be replayed later? bk T (215)
199825 2003-12-12 11:06:00 These are stored in your Temporary Intenet Files folder under your user name.

For example... C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

Been a while since I have used 98, so not too sure of the possie for the Temporary Intenet Files folder. (not hard to find) :)

Or do a search for .swf files or your Temp Internet folder.

I found those Temporary Internet Files but they are all seems to be just links to the Internet web pages. I could not play them back without connecting to the Internet.

Is it possible at all to save those flash video clips so that it can be played back later without connecting to the Internet?

Cheers

199829 2003-12-13 11:49:00 bk T, can you give a link? I hav'nt come across this as yet. (not been able to get what I want) :) Archibald (180)
199830 2003-12-14 04:35:00 You can, but u need to know how to read the source code for the site. simply click view, then source in ur browser (IE).

a notepad file pops up. U need to find the link of the flash and use download softwares (such is netant, getright, etc...) to download. they usually in .swf extension. this could be time consuming to look for the file depending on the amount of information presented in the webpage.

Can check that out in Firebird too -- wow!! So that is when the Page Info can come in really handy. Great tip, JM. :-)
