| 199808 | 2003-12-12 07:56:00 | I have searched the Symantec site and have not been able to find out what I want to know as my brain is a bit dumb. Can someone tell me, if I install my new copy of NIS 2001, which I got cheap from TradeMe, will it be eligible for free updates to the present day + a year? Also, when installing NIS would I be right in thinking that I would be given the option of just installing the antivirus component and not the other components like firewall, etc? |

As for the updates, I would guess no as it most likely already has been used, however you can only try. |
